This is a Waterman Expert Fountain pen. It has a steel medium nib.

The pen has a tactile matte black finish, with chrome trim. There are a few micro scratches, particularly on the lid.

It is a cartridge converter filler, and will come supplied with a Waterman cartridge to get you started.
