This Waterman Expert fountain pen has a nice finish to it - I am not sure of the description used by Waterman but it is a blue ringed lacquer, and looks fantastic!
The pen is used, and does have some micro scratches to the finish but the lacquer positively gleams in the light, and the combination of shades looks amazing!
The nib is steel, and imprinted M for medium width.
The pen has a slip on cap, which is firm and chrome trim. It is a cartridge converter filler and will come supplied with a Waterman cartridge to get you started.
