Bexley were a pen maker based in the U.S.A. who made high quality pens in low numbers, with the original company closing in 2019. I believe this particular pen dates from the late 1990’s possibly 1999.

Design and Material: The pen features a terracotta-colored (red) barrel with a contrasting solid sterling silver cap (imprinted 925 Sterling) that has a gold (vermeil) finish.
Nib: It is equipped with a 14k (585) solid gold Bexley medium nib (as confirmed by the label on the box) A smooth writer.
Filling System: The pen uses a cartridge/converter filling system, providing modern convenience. A converter is included.
Condition: The pen is used, and has minor signs of this. The pen comes complete with original boxes and papers. Sadly the black rubberised inner box has deteriorated with age.
