Montegrappa 1912 300 Fountain Pen
This Montegrappa fountain pen is the 300 model, one of the more understated offerings from this manufacture, and visually appealing in a black/blue chatoyant finish with silver trim.
The pen is made of metal, so whilst fairly slender, it does have a presence in the hand. The pen is in good used condition, the clip is tight to the cap, and the cap screws on firmly. There are signs of use but they are difficult to see.
This pen is a cartridge converter model, and a converter is supplied. The nib is a bi-colour 18k gold smooth writing broad. The metal section is stamped .925 silver.
The pen is presented in the original outer and inner boxes, with papers.
