The Edison Beaumont is a US-made fountain pen from the Edison Pen Co. The Amber Glass/GT (Gold Trim) model features a warm, translucent, marbled amber resin.
Material: Amber Glass—a highly popular, slightly translucent acrylic with rich depth with multiple tones of brown.
Trim: Gold coloured trim which perfectly complements the warm, earthy tones of the amber resin.
Nib Unit: Uses a #6 sized steel nib (manufactured by JoWo). The entire nib unit easily unscrews for swapping or cleaning.
Nib Size: The nib is marked "M" for medium width, and is bi-tone, with the Edison Pen Co logo imprinted.
Filling Mechanism: Standard international cartridge/converter (converter is included with the pen). The internet says that you can also eyedropper-convert the barrel, thanks to the tight threading of the resin, although we have never tried it!
Weight & Balance: Unassuming and lightweight, making it an excellent daily writer. The pen measures approx 13cms with the cap on
The pen is in excellent like new condition - exceptionally clean. We are not the first owner, have never written with it, and suspect it may be used. The pen is presented in the original inner and outer boxes, with the Edison Pen Co. bookmark/clip included. There is a small scuff to the inner box and out cardboard sleeve.
